Just wanted to let you know that our table and
chairs arrived yesterday in perfect condition. They are beautiful! The
workmanship is flawless. The wood is amazingly "alive." It just glows in
the morning light. We couldn't be more pleased. It was a little (even a lot) nerve-wracking making such a big purchase, sight-unseen over the internet. Thank you for your patience and professionalism as I placed
this order. Every question I had was answered respectfully and promptly. I appreciated your assistance with the special design requests that I had. Please extend our most sincere appreciation to the craftsmen who made this beautiful furniture. It is obvious that they take pride in their work. We were tickled to see a couple of fingerprints in the finish on the underside of the table top - a little
reminder that someone carefully handmade this piece for our family.
PackShip USA did a wonderful job of packing and delivering this set. There
is not a single mark or scratch on it anywhere. We will certainly let
others know about the great service and products that you provide. And we
are looking forward now to the arrival of the barstools. The kitchen will
finally be finished!

I received my table and six chairs yesterday. It is even more
beautiful than I imagined. The craftsmanship is better than I anticipated; 100
times better than any regular furniture store. I ordered four leaves and can't
wait to have Thanksgiving around this table for many, many years to come! Oh and
also, it took me about two hours to decide what I wanted. Kendrick our salesman
was very patient with me!! Thank you for this wonderful heirloom quality table!

My daughter's furniture was delivered this morning by MD Delivery. The guys that
delivered were great. I had requested to be the first delivery of the day and
they were at my house on time (maybe even a couple minutes early!), which was
great since I had to get to work. We had just painted the walls and put in new
carpet and they took great care to not bump into anything. They were very
professional and I was amazed that they got the dresser up the stairs - it was a
pretty tight fit (I might have to call them to get it down if we decide to move
someday!). I am very happy with our purchase and looking forward to shopping at
your store for more furniture in the future! I love the variety available to look
at on your showroom floor. Thank you!!

We have purchased numerous items from Swiss Valley furniture including a convertible crib and convertible dresser, bunk beds, and a regular traditional dresser. The craftsmanship has been superb! Our girls are rough on everything and everything we have purchased from Swiss Valley Furniture has held up with no problems! We will purchase all of our furniture in the future from Swiss Valley Furniture because there is no cutting corners when it comes to the quality and craftsmanship of their furniture. I will never look elsewhere for amish furniture and will continue to drive 3 hours to purchase it in the future. We received our 10 chairs, 2 stools, and jewelry cabinet yesterday. They
were in perfect condition. I think even the man delivering the furniture was
impressed with your packing. The color of the stains blend so well with the
furniture we already have and the quality of the furniture is excellent. Thank
you for seeing that everything traveled so safely and please pass along our
appreciation to the man who made the furniture for his workmanship. We've been
married 35 years and this is the first time we've had matching dining room
chairs-we are already enjoying them!

We went to Walnut Creek in search of a Sideboard to match our table and chairs, after looking at different shops, we stopped in Swiss Valley and found the Sideboard that just jumped out as the perfect one. Shawn helped us with the Sideboard, then we went to look for an Oak Trash Can and found one, ON the WAY to look at the Trash Can, we came across a Double Door Jelly Cabinet that was so beautiful that we purchased that too! We had a wonderful time looking at the beautiful and high quality furniture. The prices at Swiss Valley were so reasonable compared to the other shops. Thank you Shawn for helping us while we kept finding more. We will be ordering 2 Curio Cabinets in the near future!
